Shipping policy

We ship using UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery may take 1-7 business days depending on your proximity to our Northeast TN location.

Rates (*Reduced Rate for a limited time)

Standard Shipping for all orders (Continental US Only): $6* flat rate per order
2-day air shipping is available for an additional $45 per package (Continental US Only)

Overnight Shipping or shipping outside of the Continental US is available. Please use the 'contact us' form or email us at glassengravingbyjennifer@gmail.com for rates and transit time. Please keep in mind that the rates for expedited shipping can be high.

Order Processing:
As soon as we receive your order it is scheduled for production. Customized glassware can take 3-10 business days to produce. Please take this into consideration when placing time sensitive orders.

Rush Orders:
If you need your order sooner than our normal processing times or have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery date requirements please use the 'contact us' form or email us at glassengravingbyjennifer@gmail.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you with rush service options and/or any necessary expedited shipping costs. Again, please keep in mind that the rates for expedited shipping can be high.
